Outline Specifications
Site: Demolitions and removal of existing site elements, clearing and
grading, landscaping. Construction and paving of parking areas not included.
Foundation: Reinforced concrete footings, 6 in. thick concrete
reinforced slab at grade.
Superstructure: Foundation walls will be comprised of masonry units.
Exterior walls will be constructed of 4 in. brick veneer over light-gauge steel
framing.
Facade: Exterior walls comprised of brick masonry veneer, (EIFS)
exterior insulation and finish system and pre-finished aluminum window and
storefront curtain wall.
Roof: Roof construction will be comprised of mechanically adhered
elastomeric membrane (E.P.D.M.).
Finishes: Interior floors will be finished with vinyl base. Pharmacy
will have carpet. Epoxy floor paint will be applied to the slab in the cooler
area. Walls will be finished with gypsum board. Ceilings will be finished with
acoustical ceiling tile system.
Plumbing: Services include domestic water, sanitary sewer and natural
gas service.
HVAC: The building will be heated and cooled by three roof mounted
gas/electric air handling units.
Electrical: 1 proposed transformer 600 amperes, 2008/120 V, 3 phase, 4
wire will be distributed throughout the entire building.
