Review of the builder's construction Draw Requests in conjunction with the builder's draw schedules which have already been provided to us by the lender
Site visit of the specified lots and subdivisions. Up to three single family lots/units or five townhouse units will be visited per subdivision
Review of the construction progress in comparison to the Draw Schedule
Indicate status of construction completion directly on the submitted Draw Schedule matrix with the inspector’s initials and date of the inspection with handwritten notes if pertinent
Facsimile completed matrices to the lender within five days of receipt of request
No change order review or labeled photographs will be provided as a part of these limited Construction Monitoring services. Change order review and labeled photographs can be provided at an additional hourly fee.
The original completed matrices will be backup for the submitted invoice.
